Major General Bartman - Adjutant General Of The Entire Ohio National Guard, With Major General Harris, Commander Of The Army Ohio National Guard presented Lynn and I, on behalf of The Callen Foundation, their annual Adjutant General award at the Embassy Suites in Dublin.
